The Ministry of Home Affairs is tasked to maintain safety and public order. One of roles are to regulate publication materials and control of Quranic texts.
The challenges
After KDN has established their own physical Quran, they wanted a digital version of it on the smartphone. Making most of it is an easy task aside from the Quranic texts and tajwid which requires proper regulation.
