FWZ Capital is a next-generation asset manager & operating partner to institutional real estate investors.
The client
FWZ Fin-tech is now still in the early stage of being a company, after finally getting a huge loan approved for investment and development. The company is still waiting for the loan to be in their hands to invest. Their goal is to offer a pioneering way to invest in residential real estate. They will use data, technology and AI for a next-gen approach to underwriting homes into large portfolios of rental income.
Funding
RM 500M, out of which RM 490M was for real estate "buying capital."
The challenge
Having secured a large amount of funding, FWZ hope to start their finance tech business. They wanted a brand visual identity that could resonate with the institutional and family offices with large portfolios which the company wanted to target. The company also wanted a high fidelity website made so they could see how it looks and feel, before proceeding even further while waiting for their funding to arrive.
