A sudden change makes everyone unhappy with the direction where 346 Pro is going. This episode focus on 3 character, which is Rika, Mika and Miria regarding their character and personality. Not a bad episode, there is some touching moments and some happy ones as well. I find the Mika and Miria part to be great, but Rika not so much. They all tie in together though, producing one good episode.

Mishiro’s ways seems to be going fine especially the change that Mika made. I’m a bit worried about that, as we all support the Producer-san’s way. It’s great for Mishiro, but not so much for Mika sadly. Mika looks amazing though despite not being herself on the billboard especially. It does feel unnatural for Mika with a different personality, and looks like she is losing some fans already, due to personality change. I’m glad in the end, she goes with the look, but sticks with her own personality. That seems the right way to go. Despite looking different, the personality sticks, making everything pretty much the same. Being the Mika she is again. Pretty sure it’s an indirect protest against Mishiro as well 😉

As for Rika and Miria, it’s more of a small matter than Mika. Rika basically has the same problem with Mika, despite what you wear doesn’t mean you can’t show your personality well. Good thing Anzu and Kirari made her realize that. As for Miria it’s more about being a big sister kinda thing. Less attention from her mother, and more attention for the little brother. It’s a part of growing up when you’re the big one. Nice to see Mika and Miria comforting each other, it was a bit touching and the best part.

So Producer-san is going full force, and opposing Mishiro’s idea with a personality show. I’m sure it’s going to go well, but will have its ups and downs. It’s a good idea joining forces with those departments that feels the same. More should join in an effort to crush Mishiro. Now i’m just waiting for Mishiro’s plan to fail. Not a bad episode, Mika’s part was kinda the best part. That final billboard posing though, that’s the way to go. Well that’s all from me today, thanks for reading.
