A very good and interesting episode in Sukitte Ii na yo. First of all, i’d like to mention that the opening song was beautiful. It’s really awesome and if you have heard of the voice before it’s probably because you have watched Fruits Basket before, the song title is “Friendship” and sang by Ritsuko Okazaki. Well enough of the songs lets talk about the anime. So far i’m really liking the anime. It’s progressing quickly between Mei and Yamoto. It makes me think that there is going to be something else in store for us other than the normal cliche love story.

This episode is not all about Mei and Yamoto. It’s a bit of a relief that it is also about Asami, the girl with the big…yes… It’s nice to see Mei getting a bit social and being friends with Asami. I thought Asami was going to be an obstacle to Mei, but I was wrong. I’m glad that Mei helped Asami and Kenji. I’m not so sure if both of them were meant together or not but Kenji should be given a chance. He has the balls! Confessing is really hard in real life and sometimes you held back and you would never be given another chance.

Normally in a love story you don’t get that much of kissing but in Sukitte Ii na yo, you get quite a lot of it. It’s a bit too much for me, Yamoto forcing quite a lot of kisses. I’m sure girls are screaming and stuff and how they what to be Mei in this situation. So far so good, I’m really loving the show. It’s getting more interesting and lets see what Mei thinks about Yamoto next week. Kisses taste like deep fried chicken! Remember that! lol! Thanks for reading.
