Episode 10 and 11 of Mysterious Girlfriend X consist of one story so it makes sense for me to review them together today. So lets get started!!!
Episode 10
Episode 10 infuriated me almost to the point where I shut it off. No it wasn’t a bad episode. Not by a long shot. I was mad because of how Aika Hayakawa acted in this episode. She fakes getting hit by her boyfriends so she could trick Tsubaki into being her boyfriend for day, with thoughts to later try to seduce him. What a bitch, you can’t fake getting hit. What if Tsubaki had gone to the police, Hayakawa’s X could have been falsely arrested for a crime he never committed. Episode 10 proved that Aika Hayakawa, Tsubaki’s middle school crush has no redeemable qualities and is a lying bitch. I swear to God, Tsubaki if you pick her over Urabe, I am climbing into my computer so I can kick your pathetic ass.
I am not a big fan of how sneaky Tsubaki acts in this episode. He has Urabe, a wonderful and unique girl. He doesn’t need some fake bitch in his life. Why would he ever agree to be her boyfriend for a day? Did he really believe that being by Hayakawa’s side it would keep her X away. He should have been a little scared. If I was in this scenario I would be constantly worrying that her boyfriend would come beat the crap out of me. Well it all turned out to be a lie…she was never hit, and she has no desire for Tsubaki to be her boyfriend.
Episode 11
Episode 11 was bizarre, even for MGX. A blind taste test for drool, I can personally say I have never experienced something like that before. Thankfully Urabe triumphed in this category. He drool made Tsubaki’s nose explode blood. Well he never does taste Hayakawa’s drool but that’s for the better. It is supposedly very sweet. I guess we can make the correlation that a girl with sweet drool will make a man very happy, well that is what Urabe says. I’m pretty sure there is more to a girl than sweet drool, but whatever this is MGX world.
I was just waiting for someone like a teacher, or the boys with the cameras from earlier in the episode to come into the classroom when both Urabe and Hayakawa were naked. I wonder what an outsider would have thought walking into that classroom…one blinded folded boy, too naked girls with drool, and girl on the sidelines watching…these people are into some kinky sh*t. Luckily for everyone no one came in, and everybody eventually got dress but not before Tsubaki managed a peep.
I am happy everything worked out for the best. Tsubaki ends up with Urabe, and everyone is happy. Now we can write off that bitch Hayakawa, write her off the show forever. I never want to hear or see her ugly intensions again. Episode 10 and 11 were overall great, even though I was sometimes angry at the show. I am sad that this series only has 1 episode left…I really come to love its uniqueness. I would love to see Urabe and Tsubaki’s relationship develop more…maybe an ova or something in the future. Also I hope they can finally have their first kiss during the final episode! Stop dragging it out.
Yes! I am finally caught up with all my anime reviews…time to sleep
