All right, every serious moment that took place throughout episode 4 was overshadowed by Taichi/Himeko’s big secret. It kind of makes you want to rethink Taichi and Himeko as characters. I’m going to tell you a funny true story. In high school my headmaster’s name was Bradford Bates. So his title was Headmaster Bates. Haha get it, Head Master-Bates, and that is just what Taichi and Himeko have been doing, masturbating to each other.
Really that was Taichi big secret. Thats just so embarrassing to admit to someone, and it is a little bit weird that Himeko felt flattered by it. It also comes out that he has touched himself to the other two girls. His high school life is over if Himeko decides to tell anyone. He told his big secret just so that he could get Himeko to admit to everyone she doesn’t trust anyone. No one seemed to care that she has trust issues but if I were one of the characters I might feel a little offended.
I don’t really like Himeko, she has been sticking her nose in everyone business. I don’t like how she has been calling Taichi a selfless freak. It is messing with his head. He was so close to confessing his love for Iori but then Himeko’s words flash throughout his head. If Iori and Taichi had become a couple it may have solved problems that are probably going to occur with Iori and how fucked up she actually is.
What Iori said to Taichi makes me very worried. She kept changing her personality to make her mother’s newest boy-toy happy. Now that her mother is single she is unable to know who she truly is. I really hope that changing her personality is all she did to make her mother’s men happy, I can’t get the thought out of my head that something much darker could have happened to Iori during that time.
This show is great. It is ether my favorite or second favorite anime so far this season, not sure if this or Sword Art are better. Also the animation seems to be improving since the beginning of the series, it still isn’t great but it is passable. I can’t wait until next week.
Thanks for reading!
