Really weird episode…but then again, I love weird. We were introduced Heartseed, who is the one responsible for the body switching. I don’t really understand what or who he is. He revealed himself in the body of Mr. Goto a really chill/relax teacher who doesn’t do anything, but Mr. Gota certainly isn’t Heartseed’s true form. Heartseed doesn’t seem human to me, he more acts like a robot. I wonder what his true plans are; maybe all he wants to do is meddle in the affairs of humans.
I can see how switching bodies is starting to make the five get on each other’s nerves. Yui already flipped shit at poor Iori for living alone. It isn’t Iori’s fault that her parents don’t stay at home. I can see as the more times their bodies switch the more fights are going to start happening. Also now as you all probably noticed Iori’ is starting to act really weird, it was in the Preview where she is standing next to a bridge looking like she is about to jump…we can probably expect some dark times in the future.
The show still has its sense of humor. I’m glad the jokes didn’t seem stale to me in episode 2. I was laughing my ass off when Himeko who has switched into Taichi body confess love for Iori. The characters do get confusing fast, it is sometimes hard to keep everyone straight. Unfortunately the animation is still poor. Silver Link is behind 3 anime this season; they aren’t a very big studio. I imagine their budget ins’t very so unlike last season where they put out one high quality animation; they decided to put out anime of lower production values.
There really isn’t a lot more to talk about this week. Next week’s episode looks there will be some fighting between our five characters, hopefully no one will get hurt!
