(Anybody want to tell me what the hell this is that keeps popping up in the middle of Jormungand, if it is a show I almost want to check it out)

Episode 8

Episode 8 of Jormungand had very little action; it was more of a chill episode.  Despite being so relaxed I had difficult time understanding parts of it.  Supposedly country A is Turkey and country B is Greece (this is completely based off of what people said on MAL).  I wish they had said the countries names instead of code names.  The pacing of the episode felt wrong, much to fast for all the events that took place.  It probably should have been expanded into two episodes, which would have taken away the confusion.

I loved the little game of cat and mouse between Jonah and Lutz.  Lutz is pretty weak, he proves later that he is one hell of a shot but he has a conscience.  He can’t shoot at people he thinks are innocent.  Jonah kicks his ass with that paintball gun.  I also loved the joke that Schokolade told about English food sucking.  I have never actually been to England but some many people just rip on their food.

So Schokolade is now working for Koko.  Not a bad pick up for Koko, getting a CIA agent on her side.  Koko is one smart girl; you don’t screw with her unless you want to loose all your business and most of your assets.  She screwed that actress over.  Koko should have killed her wile she had a chance…she is going to come back and she is a tough opponent.

Episode 9

All right, beach fan-service.  It was a nice change from the arms dealing.  Koko and Valmet = very attractive!  Why would Koko ever let those damn humanitarians in her airplane?  Doctor Riviere is much too brash.  He should have hid in the airplane the whole time like he was ordered.  What a dumbass trying to go up against Dragon Nicolaevich.  That is why he got shot, twice.  Nicolaevich is a punk.  He has influence over the whole Balkan army.  He is a dangerous person for Koko to have as an enemy.

Episode 9 was more of an introduction episode.  There is much more to come next week.  When Koko ordered her crew to kill the Balkans Dragons, my jaw dropped.  We are in for some crazy events next week.

Thanks for reading!
