Ano Natsu de Matteru Episode 7 Thoughts

This week’s episode of Ano Natsu de Matteru is amazing! A lot of things happened in this episode. First off well the cliffhanger last week was stupid. I was expecting something else to happen and it didn’t. Oh well. So Kaori got rejected by Kaito and it wasn’t the first time, in fact it was the second time. Felt bad about Kaori but oh well. Other than that, we finally know why Mio is always naked in the house, it appears that her family is a nudist, lol! Well I didn’t expect that, but poor girl, she was so depressed about it until she cried. I feel so sorry for Mio, she got so used to it, I can’t blame her, blame Mio’s parents. While she explains it to Tetsurou, out of nowhere she confesses her love towards Tetsurou. Sure Tetsurou was all shy and all but I don’t think he really felt anything special about Mio, at least not yet. There was no answer from Tetsurou and Mio didn’t expect any answer yet, so that is a relief. I ship Mio with Tetsurou but damn! Kanna and Tetsurou also works. I’m looking forward to what will happen next between them, there relationship is more interesting to me than Kaito’s.

Back to Kaito-kun. There is no direct confession between Kaito and Ichika yet but there was certainly an indirect one. They hold hands(like the gif above and they even almost kissed. Damn that was close! I seriously don’t want the kissing to happen yet. And I seriously didn’t expect any kissing scene in this episode, but at least that didn’t happen yet. I love Remon, she got everything filmed. I think Remon did a got job making Kanna drunk. Didn’t expect Kanna to interfere and i’m so sure that there is a lot of people that is going to hate her now for that particular reason. I don’t think Kanna did it on purpose because she was drunk so no one could really blame her, it was all Remon’s idea in the first place.

I really didn’t expect all this thing to happen in one single episode. Sure I was expecting Mio to confess but that kissing part is way to fast in my opinion. So in the end, the one who kissed Ichika was not Kaito, it was Kanna lol! The next day they continued filming and everyone was back to normal and before they depart home, all of them had a wonderful time at the beach. I’m so sure a lot of people raged in this episode because of Kanna but common give her some chance please, Kanna was the one who loves Kaito first and suddenly and alien interfered. The preview was like OMG! So the next episode, Kanna confessing her love for Kaito? Maybe? I’m so going to buy a time machine, can’t wait for the next episode Thanks for reading and here is a little gift for you!
